[VIDEO] Republican PA Judge Just Issued “Hugely Favorable” Opinion For Team Trump

Things are currently coming up very rosy in PA for Team Trump…Keep praying and fighting for justice

Things in PA are going well for Team Trump, so much so, as a matter of fact, that the left is taking notice and starting a massive freakout session.

PA Senator Colonel Doug Mastriano has introduced a joint resolution to strip the Secretary of State’s power to appoint presidential electors.

Anti-Trumpers are so nervous, that they’re now asking fellow liberals to call state legislatures and to try and stop Trump’s efforts to override the Biden Steal.

I suggest we call the numbers listed below and very politely share our deep appreciation for Senator Masstriano’s efforts to seek justice.

But things continue moving in the right direction for Team Trump in PA.

The judge who issued an earlier order to hold off on certifying the race just issued an update to that ruling that is very favorable to Team Trump.

A Pennsylvania appeals court judge ordered state officials on Wednesday to halt any further steps toward certifying election results, a day after Gov. Tom Wolf said he had certified Democrat Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election in Pennsylvania.

Victoria Barton, who worked on Trump’s campaign and is a former Department of Defense official posted a video of the updated opinion from Judge McCullough and some highlights.

She calls it a “hugely favorable” opinion for Trump.

Here’s what she said: “PA LEGAL UPDATE: Judge McCullough issues HUGELY FAVORABLE opinion.  OF NOTE: – Commonwealth STILL BARRED from taking ANY further steps to certify results -Issues raised found to be of “statewide & NATIONAL concern” -Opinion states “likelihood to succeed on the merits”

Act 77 May Be Unconstitutional
Yesterday, Judge McCullough made a significant acknowledgment in favor of the Trump campaign’s lawsuit against Pennsylvania. She believes that Act 77, on mail-in voting, may be unconstitutional. If so, this will throw out about 600,000 votes for Biden and 3,200 for President Trump. The total may be more than that, as Pennsylvania has recorded over 2 million mail-in ballots as being received and counted.

The Logic of the Case
The order to stop the certification, pending an evidentiary hearing, is upheld and legal and has to be followed. The response by the defendants was not good enough to overturn the order. Moreover, the steps they took to certify the presidential races and get around procedure furthered the need to halt the certification. This allows the case to move forward considering it appears they will win on the merits.

Going quietly off into the night while Dems and the media jackals (led by Fox News) complete their steal, isn’t an option for MAGA. That’s just not going to happen.

That’s why President Trump and his team are currently fighting their butts off in several states across the country. There’s a big hearing coming up in AZ this Monday.

And we need to stay the course, hold the line, and keep fighting.

This election will likely go to the SCOTUS and I believe we’ll win.
